Steve Ginsburg
STRATEGIC ADVISOR
Steve is a bias and diversity expert who advises organizations, communities, and individuals on how to prepare for and respond to challenges using clear, authentic, and empathic communication.
With deep experience in the public and private sectors, and a nuanced perspective that enables him to effectively navigate highly politicized and complex matters, Steve is frequently consulted by media and civic leaders.
Over a decade working at the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), Steve built trusted relationships with corporate executives, university administrators and K-12 educators, social activists, law enforcement, elected officials, and philanthropists.
Prior to ADL, Steve was in-house counsel at a publicly traded consulting firm where he focused on M&A, compliance, and litigation. Before that, he was General Counsel of a state banking regulatory agency and Chief Legal Counsel in the Office of the Governor. Steve also practiced law at an AmLaw 100 firm and led the ABA Rule of Law office in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina. In 2021, Connecticut’s Governor appointed Steve to the statewide Hate Crimes Advisory Council.
