Beau brings unique perspective and expertise to August, having led transaction and integration communications and M&A deal teams in-house for Medtronic, as well as advising clients across all industries on strategic communications matters at a leading global communications agency.

As an external advisor, Beau has advised clients in all industries on communications strategies related to litigations and investigations, crises, restructurings, transactions, and activist shareholder campaigns. 

He has represented high-profile individuals and organizations of all sizes, and his approach to client engagements synthesizes his first-hand understanding of how both established organizations and start-up companies operate and make decisions with his experience developing and deploying creative narratives to influence perception and protect client value and reputation.

Beau serves as a Board member at Parkland Health Foundation. He is an avid tennis player, guitar collector and native Texan.
