Jenny brings more than eight years of experience advising clients through special situations and transformative events, including complex crises, litigation and investigations, leadership transitions, IPO and SPAC transactions, and long-term corporate positioning and investor relations initiatives.

Jenny is also deeply committed to helping develop talent and foster an internal firm culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth. She believes that teams built on collaboration and inclusion are essential to delivering exceptional results for clients and strengthening the firm.

Outside of work, Jenny has completed several marathons and enjoys golfing and skiing.
