Matt Harrison

Matt has more than fifteen years of experience advising organizations, executives, and legal teams during their most consequential moments, including high-profile litigation, government investigations, internal reviews, and corporate crises.

In his previous role as an in-house consultant at a commercial litigation law firm, Matt worked alongside trial teams to develop factual narratives, assess damages, prepare expert witnesses, and navigate complex disputes. This work also gave him firsthand insight into how legal matters unfold before audiences beyond the courtroom.

Matt has a critical understanding of the litigation process and believes that the key to successful advocacy begins with developing a complete command of the facts and leveraging diverse perspectives to develop creative solutions.

His strategic communications experience includes helping clients navigate situations where legal considerations, business objectives, and public perception intersect. His work has included high-profile litigation, internal investigations, government inquiries, and crisis situations involving intense media attention and stakeholder scrutiny.

Outside of work, Matt is an active and engaged father who invests significant time supporting his children’s interests and activities. Earlier in his adult life, Matt was a regular participant in endurance events, having completed the New York City Marathon, New York City Triathalon, and countless road races of varying distances. Every now and then, an endurance event finds its way onto his calendar just to make sure “he’s still got it.”
